Returns Policy

Eligibility for returns

Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including opened cosmetics, personal care items, and intimate apparel. Sale or clearance items may also have specific return restrictions.

Return process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team or visit your account dashboard. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Shipping costs for returns

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer may be responsible for the shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
